Take a dive into improving body mechanics by focusing on breath, the pelvis, spine and upper and lower body. Taught by Sarah Zielinski, this class will use Pilates and release-based exercises to create an understanding of healthy movement patterns and postures, and how to apply those to everyday life.

Dance and move with Attack Theatre Company Dancers! This hour-long dance class is geared towards movers who are more familiar with dance concepts and technique. This class will begin with guided movement and a warm-up to strengthen and build technique, followed by choreography sequences that resonate with Modern dance styles.
