Taught by Sarah Zielinski

Take a dive into improving body mechanics by focusing on breath, the pelvis, spine and upper and lower body. Taught by Sarah Zielinski, this class will use Pilates and release-based exercises to create an understanding of healthy movement patterns and postures, and how to apply those to everyday life.

Registration Fee: $10 per class or $35 for all four.
