Come Dance With Me: A Beginners Dance Class

Attack Theatre Studios
Have you wanted to learn how to dance but found that many beginner classes still move too fast and intimidate you? Do you just want to build a better relationship with your body and its movement? This class is built for the true beginner! Moving at a pace attuned to the students, we will learn through stretching and conditioning, the basics of ballet and contemporary dance technique, somatic exercises, and improvisation. Students will learn movement from the inside, developing strength and coordination to help build a sense of confidence and mastery.
Drop in rate: $25 per class
