Dive into the core principles of modern dance in this dynamic, movement-driven class. Ethan will guide dancers through the essentials of suspension and release, fall and recovery, and harnessing momentum by beautifully integrating breath with movement. Through innovative combinations, floor work, partnering, and creative improvisation, you’ll challenge your physical limits, explore fresh movement patterns, and expand your vocabulary on the floor.
