COVID-19 Employee policy
Attack Theatre has implemented a mandatory vaccination policy requiring Covid-19 vaccination(s) for all employees. In accordance with Attack Theatre’s duty to provide and maintain a workplace that is free of known hazards, we are adopting this policy to safeguard the health of our employees and their families, our audiences, students, and the community at large from infectious diseases that may be reduced by vaccinations. All Employees must submit proof of full vaccination prior to the start date of this agreement. Failure to comply with Attack Theatre’s mandatory vaccination policy will result in termination.
Attack Theatre reserves the right in its sole discretion to update its Covid-19 vaccination mandate to require independent contractors to obtain additional and/or booster Covid-19 shots in accordance with guidelines or recommendations from the Allegheny Health Department, PA Health Department, and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. In the event that Attack Theatre does so, Attack Theatre shall provide advance notice sufficient to permit subject employees to obtain the required additional and/or booster shots.
“Fully vaccinated” means on the first day of this agreement, Employee or Independent Contractor is fully vaccinated as defined by the latest CDC definition for fully vaccinated individuals.
You are up to date with your COVID-19 vaccines when you have received all doses in the primary series and all boosters recommended for you, when eligible.
